The Egg Bowl

As I mentioned before, Jeff and I went to the Egg Bowl Friday! The Rebels were awesome! We won 45 - 0! It was very sweet! It rained a little bit but we (or should I say I) survived. It was a good day! I woke up at 2:30 am on Friday morning and I could not go back to sleep because all I could think about was listening to all those cow bells! Needless to say, they were very quite! Sorry Bulldogs!

We got to see Chace and Jamie so of course seeing Chace made my day a little better! It is hard to believe my original "baby" is 19 going on 20 now! Time sure does pass by faster than we realize! It seems like just yesterday I was going to get him for a long weekend where we would have plenty of donuts and sausage. :-) Melinda was always so proud to see him and see what I had let him get into in just two short days time!

I can hardly wait for next year! I am so hopeful that we will have our own little rebel to take to the games next year. We will be sure to have plenty of company in our tent when we have a baby. I anticipate many, many fun years in Oxford watching our baby grow and watching the Rebels play, spending time with family and friends!

Please continue to pray for us and our birth mother. Also, don't forget Jay and Amy Cobb! This is a tough journey and we need all the prayers and support we can get!
